I recently had a warm and thoughtful conversation with Dr Brigitte Bojkowszky on the BrandsTalk podcast, exploring how listening to our body can support our wellbeing, confidence, and authentic expression.
We talked about how the body communicates through sensations, emotions, thoughts, and patterns, and how these are meaningful messages rather than problems to suppress. When we learn to listen in this way, we can begin to understand what our body is asking for, creating greater ease, clarity, and alignment.
I also shared gentle, practical ways to support nervous system safety, including simple breathing techniques, grounding, and small everyday practices which help us feel calmer and more resourced.
We explored how feeling safe within ourselves can influence everything, from our wellbeing and relationships, to our confidence, voice, and ability to show up more fully in life. We also touched on the W·I·L·D® approach – Wonder, Intuition, Loving ourselves, and Dancing with Life – and how deep listening can help us reconnect with our natural wisdom.
It was a wonderfully real and authentic conversation, and I’m delighted to share it with you.
