Event Description

Understand your symptoms. Reconnect with your body.
An Introduction to Meta Consciousness®

Have you ever felt there’s more to your symptoms than you’ve been told?

This 3-day workshop is a gentle, grounded space to explore what your body may be trying to communicate — and how to begin working with it, rather than against it.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How to understand the messages behind your symptoms
  • A new perspective on dis-ease as meaningful and purposeful
  • How to reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom
  • Simple, practical ways to support your own wellbeing

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about learning to listen… and allowing a different kind of healing to unfold.

You don’t need any prior knowledge.
You don’t need to have anything figured out.
You can come exactly as you are.

Held in a peaceful setting near Abergavenny, offering space to reflect, learn, and gently reconnect.

Event Timelines

1
Day 1

A new way of understanding your symptoms

10:00 – 16:00 (please bring a packed lunch)

We begin by gently exploring a different perspective on dis-ease – one which sees the body as intelligent, responsive, and deeply connected to our experiences.

During the day, we’ll look at:
– The natural phases the body moves through during dis-ease
 – The difference between acute and chronic patterns
 – How symptoms form as part of a meaningful process
 – The role our emotions play in what we experience physically

This first day is all about building understanding – helping you see your body, and your symptoms, in a new and more compassionate way.

Refreshments will be provided, and there will be space throughout the day to reflect, ask questions, and absorb at your own pace.

2
Day 2

Deepening understanding: the body’s hidden connections

10:00 – 16:00 (please bring a packed lunch)

On day two, we build on what you’ve begun to see, exploring some of the deeper connections within the body – and how they influence the patterns we experience.

During the day, we’ll explore:
– The body’s developmental connections and how different areas are linked
 – A fresh perspective on the role of microbes in our wellbeing
 – How these insights can shift the way we understand symptoms and healing

This day often brings powerful “aha” moments, as things begin to connect in a new way.

As always, the space is gentle and supportive, with time to reflect, ask questions, and take things at your own pace.

Refreshments will be provided.

3
Day 3

Integration: bringing it all together

10:00 – 16:00 (please bring a packed lunch)

On our final day, we focus on gently bringing everything together from Days 1 and 2 – moving from understanding into practical application.

We’ll explore how to begin applying these insights in real life, so you can start to recognise patterns more clearly and relate to your body in a new, more connected way.

This day is about integration, reflection, and grounding what you’ve discovered into something you can actually use beyond the workshop.

There will be space to share insights, ask questions, and explore how this way of working can support your ongoing wellbeing.

Refreshments will be provided.
