Event Description
Rebuilding Trust – Deepening Relationship
Have you ever sensed there may be more to your symptoms, emotions or life challenges than you’ve been led to believe?
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you’re living with symptoms which don’t seem to make sense, or you’re simply longing to understand yourself and your body in a different way.
What if your body wasn’t working against you, but communicating with you?
This workshop offers a gentle and thought-provoking invitation to explore symptoms, stress, trauma, dis-ease and wellbeing through a different lens – one of curiosity, compassion and relationship.
Over three days, we’ll explore how our life experiences, beliefs and patterns can shape our health and wellbeing, and how our bodies may be communicating with us through symptoms, sensations and emotions. Together, we’ll discover practical ways to listen more deeply, rebuild trust in our body’s innate wisdom, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
This is not about blame, fear or fixing yourself.
It’s an invitation to pause, to become curious, and to explore what becomes possible when we begin listening differently.
People leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, their bodies and their experiences. They often describe feeling more connected, more trusting of themselves, and more able to meet life with greater awareness, compassion and choice.
No prior knowledge is needed – simply come as you are.
Held in the peaceful surroundings of W·I·L·D® Wellbeing near Abergavenny, South Wales, this small-group experience offers time and space to reflect, learn and reconnect, with Nature gently accompanying us throughout our time together.
